Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is Rotary's leadership training program for young people. RYLA participants are high school juniors who spend a life changing weekend at a dedicated camp where they:

Receive an effective training experience for potential leaders
Participate in leadership of youth by youth
Receive public recognition for rendering service to their communities
Each year the Rotary Club of Placentia sponsors local students for RYLA leadership camp. Our members also participate in this rewarding weekend.
