Teri Neibuhr is a 25-active member of the Episcopal Church of the Blessed Sacrament and Learning School. This the site of the Santa Angelina Apartment Homes. The project includes a new, improved facilities for the church; new parish hall and a new preschool building with a lunchroom for the children.
