We kicked things off at 7:01 am with the pledge from Ward and words of inspiration from Alice.

JIM, SUPPLIES FOR VETERANS VILLAGE, Dist. Grant used to buy personal supplies and food items. Replacing their flags with remainder of funds.
Will not be doing house build in Mexico and are inquiring about using funds for local projects (ie Post Office, trash cans, landscaping ) Ward met with Rep Kim’s office in regards to Post Office project.
ALICE attended PETS seminar this week at LAX on upcoming Rotary year. Met incoming Presidents
ALICE Author luncheon this Saturday at Alta Vista.
ALICE next weeks meeting will be at Rems Tue. 6pm

Response last year was overwhelmingly positive so we are expecting a larger crowd.
Larger food budget this year
Entertainment (band with vocals)
Advance tickets $40 for adults and $5 for children. Adult tickets will be $60 at door.
The Treasure Chest will have over $1,000 in gift cards.
The Silent Auction will be bigger than ever.
March 15th 6pm planning meeting at Lisa’s house.
