One of the perks for organizing the pancake breakfast portion of the day's events Serving up over 1000 pancakes in a couple of hours takes a team effort. Having good equipment makes the process go easier. PYLUSD Superintendent Dennis Smith was the first club member to appear in the parade. The Library Board members on parade included club member Al Shkoler, his wife Gloria, and Rotarian spouse, Gae Wood.
Club President Roy and his family represented the club in the parade Club member Glenn Baldwin drove Miss Placentia in the parade Club member Kathi Baldwin drove some of the other Miss Placentia contestants in the parade GR Hodges had several Fairway Ford cars on display for the Car Show portion of Heritage Days
